When the previous contractor failed, HSC took over and put this project back on track. Located at Marker 27 on Estero Bay, the full service marina included 58,000 square foot of construction on the 3.5 acre site, while keeping the existing marina fully operational. HSC constructed a state-of-the-art dry boat storage building rising five stories high and housing 201 boat racks, a boat sales showroom, service building, elevated pool and spa, club room, elevated restaurant over parking, locker and laundry facilities, waterside promenade, fuel dock and ships store. A pedestrian bridge connects the club amenity level to the restaurant level.

Environmentally friendly elements include a storm drainage and water recycling system, clerestory windows, motion sensor lighting, bicycle racks and showers. Native plants were used in the landscaping.
