HSC completed the first Florida location for the Vancouver, Canada based restaurant in August 2008. The project consisted of a complete interior demolition and renovation as well as the exterior renovation of an 11,000 SF restaurant. HSC constructed an outdoor bar and seating area surrounding an outdoor fireplace, interior split dining room with fireplace, wine cellar, and highly equipped kitchen. Design elements include floating ceilings, slate flooring, and stone finishes.
